Market Basket. Period. Its reputation should be well documented. Superior customer service, affordable quality produce and clean facilities. Friendly staff that actually enjoyed their employment. Solid hours that never waver. Closed every major holiday, so that the employees can be with their families. Too much good will that possibly can not be simply covered in a "review".

The staff is friendly and helpful. Look for reduced specials in bakery, produce and meat. Prices are the lowest anywhere. The fish department is well run and always very fresh. The shopping carts are well maintained and roll smoothly.

The prices are reasonable, the staff is helpful and friendly. We can get almost anything there. They are starting to get in more and more gluten free items. They still need to work on getting some more vegetarian items. I have a lot of dietary needs in my family, but they are doing a nice job overall.
