Love this place to. Prices kind of high but don't mind going there.
Don't trust their scales! I bought a lobster this morning. They weighed it as 1.665 pounds. I did not look closely and just resumed shopping. My bad. When I got home I looked at the bag and saw the weight. Of course 1.665 is huge for a lobster. I weighed it on my electronic scale, it weighed 1.194 pounds. The difference of .471 pounds is unreasonable. I can understand a small difference but this much is unacceptable. At $6.99 per pound, they overcharged me $3.29. My call to the store manager was unsuccessful.
Nice size super market with a wide selection. Nice fresh seafood counter. Wide isles so you can move around easily. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Decent prices. I shop here often.
The girl at the pharmacy was rude and clearly had not been adequately trained! I was told since my insurance was lost in there system if I came back with my insurance card before 10 days they would reimburse me the difference. I came back within the hour and no one in the store knew how to do a pharmacy refund. Something I wasn't told prior to paying. I was offered no apology. The girl refused to give me back the new paperwork! Again no apology or explanation! She just said I will leave a note at the pharmacy. This all took 40 minutes before I left in disgust. At least the guys at the customer service desk who she tried to pawn off her responsibility to offered the name of a store manager I could contact in the morning.
we ordered a fruit basket on thurs morning 10/19/2017, when i went to pick it up as scheduled on fri afternoon 10/20/2017 they said they didn't do that and said they left a message. I went home, no message.
this was for a funeral and they left us hanging without warning. dont shop here
